Operable within DC to 6000 MHz, the ET43028P provides a high gain of 15.2 dB with a 67% drain efficiency at 50V. The device is capable of both continuous wave (CW) and pulse operations and can be customized upon request. The ET43028P is fabricated with RFHIC’s gallium-nitride gallium-nitride (GaN) on silicon carbide (SiC) technology providing higher efficiency, reliability, and excellent thermal stability. Custom designs are available upon request.

Description
The RIK1330K-40TG is a 30kW, GaN solid-state microwave generator designed ideally for high-power linear accelerator applications. The RIK1330K-40TG is operable from 1295 to 1305 MHz and provides a system efficiency of 53% at peak output power. The RIK1330K-40TG is an integrated type generator that comes equipped with eight solid-state power amplifier (SSPA) shelves, a 400 VAC power supply unit (PSU), a main control unit (MCU), and a WR650 waveguide output. The RIK1330K-40TG is built with a phase-lock-loop (PLL) synthesizer to generate and control a precise frequency signal. The RIK1330K-40TG is also programmed with RFHIC’s precision software suite allowing users to control and monitor the power (CW/pulse) and phase. The RIK1330K-40TG is embedded with high-grade isolators (circulators & terms) to protect the system from reflected power. In case a higher reflected power is detected, the system will automatically shutdown.
