    The RIK1330K-40T is a 30kW, gallium-nitride (GaN) solid-state microwave generator operable from 1295~1305 MHz. This high power microwave generator provides a system efficiency of 53%, and is capable of both continuous wave (CW) and pulse operations. Fabricated with our gallium-nitride (GaN) HEMT enabling higher breakdown voltage and higher product efficiency. This product is packaged in a rack mountable shelf with the water cooling system. And this product is designed for high power applications with adjustable power up to 30kW. This high efficiency rugged device is targeted to replace industrial magnetrons and other vacuum tubes currently powering particle accelerators and other high power industrial applications. All complete microwave generator systems come with a power supply unit (PSU), GaN solid-state power amplifiers (SSPA), cable assembly, and waveguide converter. Lead-free and RoHS compliant.
