RFHIC’s RRP5459015-42 is a 15W, C-band, GaN solid-state power amplifier designed for various radar applications, including military and weather radar. The RRP5459015-42 is a wideband pulse amplifier pallet that operates from 5.4 to 5.9 MHz with a 500MHz bandwidth. RRP5459015-42 is designed with RFHIC’s state-of-the-art gallium-nitride on silicon carbide (GaN-on-SiC) HEMT, providing excellent thermal stability, compact size and high breakdown voltage.
