RFHIC’s RRP1113100-50- is a L-band, 100W, gallium-nitride (GaN) CW Power Amplifier Pallet designed for radar systems applications. Operating from 1164 to 1300 MHz, the RRP1113100-50 achieves 50dB of gain with an efficiency of 45%. RRP5758065-50 is designed using RFHIC’s gallium-nitride on silicon carbide (GaN-on-SiC) high-electron-mobility (HEMT) technology, resulting in higher breakdown voltage, wider bandwidth, and higher efficiency.
