RFHIC’s RIK2524K-40TG is a 24kW, 2.45GHz, GaN solid-state microwave generator system for plasma generation and microwave heating applications. The microwave generator operates from 2.4 to 2.5 GHz with adjustable power ranges from 600 to 24,000 W. The RIK2524K-40TG is built using RFHIC’s cutting-edge gallium nitride (GaN) on SiC HEMT, providing excellent thermal stability and high breakdown voltage. The RIK2524K-40TG is an integrated microwave generator with a control module shelf, eight SSPA shelves, and a 3-phase 380 VAC power supply unit built into a cabinet. The RIK2524K-40TG is operable both in CW and pulse and is designed to replace industrial magnetrons and other vacuum tubes.
