RFHIC’s RIK0930K-40TG is a 30 kW, 915MHz gallium-nitride on silicon carbide (GaN-on-SiC) solid-state microwave generator operating from 900 ~ 930 MHz. It has a system efficiency of 66% and can handle both CW and pulsed operations. The RIK0930K-40TG is an integrated type generator with eight SSPA shelves, a power supply unit (PSU), a main control unit (MCU), and a WR975 waveguide output port, all built into a single rack type unit.
