RFHIC’s RRP5758065-40- is an C-band, CW 65W, gallium-nitride (GaN) CW Power Amplifier Pallet designed for radar systems applications. Operating from 5725 to 5850 MHz, the RRP5758065-40 achieves 40dB of gain with an efficiency of 40%. RRP5758065-40 is designed using RFHIC’s gallium-nitride on silicon carbide (GaN-on-SiC) high-electron-mobility (HEMT) technology, resulting in higher breakdown voltage, wider bandwidth, and higher efficiency.
