RFHIC’s RWP2540200-53 is a compact GaN-on-SiC power amplifier delivering 200W output power and 50 dB gain over 2.5 to 4.0 GHz. Fully matched to 50 Ohms, it ensures easy system integration. Mounted on an aluminum subcarrier for enhanced thermal performance, the RWP2540200-53 is ideal for telecom, defense, medical, and EW applications, including SATCOM, radar, and jamming systems.
