RFHIC’s RRP9596500-55 is a 500W, X-band, Pulse gallium-nitride (GaN) solid-state power amplifier designed for naval, surveillance, air traffic control, and weather radar system applications. The RRP9596500-55 is operable from 9.5 to 9.6 GHz and has an output pulse power of 500W, with a duty cycle of 10%.
The amplifier is fabricated using RFHIC’s cutting edge gallium-nitride (GaN) high-electron-mobility (HEMT) technology, providing higher breakdown voltage, wider bandwidth, and high efficiency. The amplifier is 50 Ohms fully matched simplifying system integration.
