RFHIC’s RRP9395080-50 is a 90W, X-band, GaN solid-state power amplifier designed for radar, satellite, and space applications. The RRP9395080-50 provides a minimum continuous wave (CW) output power of 90W, operable from 9300 to 9500 MHz.The RRP9395080-50 is designed with RFHIC’s state-of-the-art gallium-nitride on silicon carbide (GaN-on-SiC) HEMT, providing excellent thermal stability and a high breakdown voltage and efficiency. The RRP9395080-50 is fully matched to 50 Ohms, simplifying system integration. The compact amplifier weighs 0.6 kg and requires an external heat sink for cooling.
