PRM13060-2S

Description

The PRM13060-2S is a fully integrated GaN Hybrid power amplifier module designed for applications in L-band military and commercial Radar Systems covered 1200~1400MHz. The PRM13060-2S provides 42dB of large-signal gain and 75% power  added efficiency while achieving over 60W of saturated output power. The PRM13060-2S is matched to 50 ohms with integrated DC blocking capacitors on both I/O ports. This device is size 8x14x2.6mm and is packaged in a ceramic surface mount package. Lead-free and RoHS compliant.
