Description
The PRM29060-4S is a fully integrated GaN Hybrid power amplifier module designed for applications in S-band military and commercial Radar Systems covered 2700~3100MHz. The PRM29060-4S provides 34dB of large-signal gain and 61% power added efficiency while achieving over 60W of saturated output power. The PRM29060-4S is matched to 50 ohms with integrated DC blocking capacitors on both I/O ports. This device is size 8x14x2.85mm and is packaged in a ceramic surface mount package.
