Description
RFHIC’s AD412 is a cost-efficient 75 Ohm GaAs HEMT monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) active divider designed for CATV systems. The AD412 is a 4-way splitter active divider covering 30 to 1000 MHz. The AD412 provides a gain of 6 dB with 33 dBm OIP3 and 5.2 dB NF. This device is fabricated on Gallium Arsenide Enhancement Mode (GaAs HEMT and is packaged in a 3mm x 3mm QFN type package.
