Operating from 5725 to 5850 MHz, the RRP05725850-65 delivers 65W of output power with high gain and excellent thermal stability. RRP05725850-65 is designed using RFHIC’s gallium-nitride on silicon carbide (GaN-on-SiC) high-electron-mobility (HEMT) technology, resulting in greater efficiency, enhanced linearity, and superior reliability.
